A very special 1st birthday smash cake done for a little girl who is dairy free, nut free, and gluten free. This was the one time my background in nutritional science played a very important roll. I was so happy i was able to make this for Hallie!

I simply adorded how this cupcake display turned out for a May wedding i was lucky enough to cater. The couple chose to go with 12 different kinds of cupcakes and a small 6 inch round cake to cut. The floral topper was custom made by Pink Balloon Sweets as well.

Neapolitan Rosette Cake

I was so excited when my mother-in-law asked if i would make her mom (my grandmother-in-law) a birthday cake for this weekend! I have been wanting to make a rosette cake for a while now and this was the perfect opportunity. The Neapolitan style pleased all the palates which a layer of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. It was just as yummy as it was pretty.
